In 2010, after spending eight years working in the real estate industry in Taiwan, I came to Hokkaido to study Japanese. That decision marked the beginning of a new chapter in my life.

Like many people moving to Japan from overseas, I experienced the challenges of adapting to a new language, culture, and way of life. Having gone through those experiences myself, I understand the excitement, uncertainty, and concerns that many international clients face when buying property, investing, or starting a new life in Japan.

As I became more familiar with Japanese society and life in Hokkaido, I decided to bring my real estate experience to Japan with one goal—to help people from around the world build their future here with confidence.
